We are looking for a Head of Business Development to help us take this business to the next level!
What you will do
As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing on a strategy to get our product out to market as quickly as possible. You will join a top-notch team coming from some of the top platforms, studios and universities, including Amazon, Meta, Netflix, Stanford, Harvard, Penn and more.
Some of your tasks will include …
- Strategic Development: You will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing strategic partnerships with game developers, marketplace platforms and other relevant organizations in the NFT and gaming space to increase adoption of Halliday products.
- Representing Halliday: You will often be the face of Halliday at industry events around the world.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with the BizOps, Product and Marketing teams to align partnership strategies with company goals and to ensure partners are effectively integrated into our products and services.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, using data to optimize and improve partnership strategies.

The ideal candidate is a proven executor with a passion for gaming and blockchain technology, able to turn strategy into action, drive growth through partnerships and adept at navigating complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Experience: Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining strategic partnerships in the technology, gaming, or NFT space.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the NFT, gaming, and blockchain landscapes, including key players, emerging trends, and industry dynamics.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with experience leading teams and managing projects.
